4. Return Shipping Costs: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return to ensure it reaches us safely.

5. Return Request: To initiate a return, please submit a return request via our contact form. We will respond within 48 hours with instructions for the return process.

6. Refund Process: Once your return is approved and the item is received in good condition, we will process your refund. The amount paid (excluding shipping costs) will be refunded to the same account used for the original purchase, within 14 business days.
